Apple Cider Moscow Mule. A fall-inspired twist on the Classic Moscow Mule Recipe, made with apple cider, pineapple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and splash of ginger beer. Don’t forget the sugar rim for an extra little bit of sweetness!

During fall, we see all things pumpkin spice. Don’t get me wrong, pumpkin spice is at the top of my favorite flavors, BUT sometimes I love to mix in a good apple recipe to break up all the pumpkin pie flavors.
With football season in full effect, it’s always fun to create a celebratory cocktail to enjoy during games on chilly Saturday afternoons, and Moscow Mules are one of my favorite drinks of all time! I love the spicy ginger flavor combined with the hint of lime.
We often bring at least two TV's outside, and enjoy the last warm days of summer while we enjoy our favorite games. This recipe is the perfect way to celebrate college football Saturdays.
As I began dreaming up fall cocktail recipes, I knew I had to make a twist on the classic Moscow Mule...it’s what I love to do! Since I know there are still some warm days ahead of us, I decided to add in a little tropical flair with the addition of pineapple juice. It did not disappoint!
Here’s how I made this super easy, fall inspired twist on a Classic Moscow Mule.
HOW TO MAKE APPLE CIDER MOSCOW MULE
Place vodka, cider, pineapple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold.
Rim 2 glasses or mule cups with coarse sugar (or raw sugar), and fill the glasses or mule cups with ice.
Strain the cocktail evenly into the glasses or mule cups, top with ginger beer. Garnish with apple and pineapple slices.
It’s a super easy cocktail recipe that will leave you ready for fall!

- 4 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces apple cider
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- Dash ground cinnamon

Notes
- You could easily turn this into a fall-inspired mocktail. Simply swap out the vodka with 2 ounces of additional apple cider and 2 ounces of additional pineapple juice. Shake, strain and top with ginger beer!
