Maple-Bacon Roasted Salmon with Sautéed Green Beans and Smashed Potatoes

August 18, 2020 by Erica Hopper

Salmon is so good for you, and bacon is just good for your soul, so you can’t go wrong with this super simple, yet upscale dinner.

I LOVE eating salmon, but I don’t always love the way it makes my house smell when I make it on the stovetop, so roasting it is the perfect solution. Served with smashed potatoes and green beans, this is a perfect lightened up comfort meal. You will likely have a bit of the bacon jam leftover. I say just serve it on crackers, and call it a day!

Why I love Salmon

Salmon is one of the best superfoods around. It is full of lean protein and good for your omega fatty acids.

Salmon can also serve as a blank canvas for SO. MANY. THINGS.

Enjoy, and as always, let me know what you think over on Instagram @thesugarandsaltco!
