Creamy Spinach Artichoke Pasta (Vegan!)

Begin with the ingredients

Combine vegetable broth and cashews, and let soak for 2 hours.

To make the sauce:

Add the cashews, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano to a blender.

To make the sauce:

Blend the mixture until very smooth. 

Boil your favorite gluten free pasta. Once cooked, and strained, add the pasta, sauce, spinach, and artichokes to a pan over low heat.

To finish the pasta:

Mix together just until the spinach is slightly wilted. Divide evenly among 4 bowls, and enjoy!
