Gluten Free Gingerbread Bundt Cake

Cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, molasses, and butter. Add eggs, one at a time.

Mix together dry ingredients. Add alternately with the buttermilk, starting and ending with the dry ingredients

Be sure to scrape down the bowl before pouring into the prepared bundt pan.

Pour into a prepared bundt pan that has been greased and dusted with cassava flour.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes, or until the cake is browned and slightly bounces back when gently pressed.

While the cake bakes, whisk together maple cream cheese glaze until smooth.

Once the cake is baked and cools slightly in the pan, turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely. About 2 hours total

Once the cake is cooled completely, drizzle with the maple cream cheese glaze.
