Gluten Free Maple Cupcakes

First, you will need:

- Unsalted butter - Granulated sugar -Maple syrup

Next, you will need:

- 3 Whole eggs

Then, you will need:

- Gluten free AP flour - Baking powder - Coarse Kosher salt - Ground cinnamon

Finally, you will need:

- Whole milk - Vanilla extract - Maple extract

Cream together the butter, sugar, and syrup in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs, one at a time, and then alternate between the wet and dry ingredients, until all mixed.

Once the batter is well mixed, portion into a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.

Bake until the mixture springs back when lightly pressed, about 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.

Once the cupcakes are cooled, top with the frosting, and enjoy!
