Red Velvet Brownies (Gluten Free)

- Gluten free! These brownies are dense and fudgy, and you will never know they're gluten free!  -Delicious with Cream Cheese Frosting!

First, you will need:

- Unsalted butter - Melted dark chocolate

Next, you will need:

- 4 Whole eggs - Granulated sugar - Vanilla extract - Red food coloring

Then, you will need:

- Gluten free AP flour - Cassava flour - Coarse Kosher salt - Cocoa powder

Begin buy melting the butter and chocolate together. Next whisk in the granulated sugar, red food coloring and vanilla extract

Next, whisk in the eggs until well combined. NOTE: do this quickly so the chocolate and butter do not begin to harden.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten free all-purpose flour, cassava flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add the liquid ingredients.

Whisk all ingredients until well combined. Then, spread in a greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
