Banana Pudding Brownies (Gluten Free!)

Sour cream

Ripe banana

To make the Banana Pudding Mixture

Whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, brown sugar, banana, egg, vanilla extract, and salt, until well combined. Set aside.

Semi-sweet chocolate chunks

What you need for the brownie mixture:

Unsalted butter

Light brown sugar

What you need for the brownie mixture:

Whole eggs

Granulated  sugar

Vanilla extract

Gluten free all-purpose flour

What you need for the brownie mixture:

Coarse Kosher salt

Cocoa powder

What you need for the brownie mixture:

Dried banana chips

Semi-sweet chocolate chunks

To make the Brownie Mixture

Melt together the dark chocolate chips, whisking until smooth. Add in eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.

How to make the Brownie Mixture (Continued)

Add the gluten free all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt, whisking until smooth.

Swirl mixtures together:

Pour the brownie batter into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Pour the banana pudding mixture over the brownie mixture.

Gently swirl the two batters together, creating a swirled pattern, but being careful not to overmix.

Top the brownies with remaining chocolate chunks and dried banana chips.
