- Hot water - Raw cashews

You will also need:

- Real maple syrup - Apple cider vinegar - Soy sauce - Ground mustard seed, Kosher salt, paprika

Begin by pouring the hot water over the cashews, and let it soak for about 30 minutes.

Next, pour the cashew and water mixture into a blender.

Add the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, ground mustard seed, salt, and paprika to the blender. Blend on high until the mixture is SUPER smooth.

Once the mixture is smooth, pour into a bowl and serve with Gluten Free Chicken Tenders!
