Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bars

Combine dry ingredients in a food processor

Add the butter, and pulse until small pea sized pieces form.

Add the vinegar, and then add the water, 1 to 2 tablespoons at a time, until a soft dough forms.

Roll the dough into a 12x16-inch rectangle, and place in a 9x13-inch baking pan.

To make the filling for the Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bars, combine the brown sugar and granulated sugar in a medium saucepan

Cook the sugar, until it becomes amber colored. Add butter, heavy cream, salt,  spices, and lemon juice.

Stir in the gluten free all purpose flour and apples.

Pour the apple mixture over the crust. Then make the streusel topping.

Combine the streusel topping ingredients in a small bowl.

Bake the Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bars for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
