Super Fudgy Chocolate Chunk Brownies (Gluten Free!)

First, you will need:

- Dark chocolate chunks - Unsalted butter

Start by melting together chocolate chunks and butter in a large, microwave-safe bowl.

Next, you will need:

- Whole eggs - Granulated sugar - Light brown sugar - Vanilla extract

Add the eggs, sugars, and vanilla to the bowl, and whisk to combine.

Next, you will need:

- Cassava flour - Dark cocoa powder - Kosher salt

Add the cassava flour, cocoa powder, and salt to the mixture and whisk to combine.

Finally, you will need:

- Remaining dark chocolate chunks - Maldon (or other flaky) sea salt

Add 1/2 cup of the remaining chocolate chunks to the brownie batter.

Spread the brownie batter in the prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chunks and Maldon salt.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, and cool for 5 minutes. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or until chilled completely.
