Saute the spinach. Once it is wilted, place in a clean dish towel and squeeze out as much excess liquid as possible

Stir together the spinach, cheeses, egg, and spices.

Divide the cheese mixture evenly among the zucchini halves. Place in the oven, and bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Top the pasta bake with the bread crumb mixture, and place in the oven. Bake until golden brown and bubbly!
